ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-3, AN IRREGULARLY- SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 14.17 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 505.5 FEET ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF BRIER DRIVE (GOULD STREET) AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 498 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF CARNEGIE DRIVE), lAND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
