"'''''" I" CIPt OF SAN BERNAR~O - REQU6i\T FOR COUNCIL ABION STAFF REPORT This Resolution confirms the Assessment Roll and approves the Assessment Diagram Map No. 962 for the maintenance of a sewer lift station in the Pine Avenue area. On November 19, 1984, Resolution of Intention No. 84-487 was adopted which instituted formal proceedings to form an assessment district in the area of Pine Avenue and Belmont Avenue for the maintenance of a sewer lift station. All the requirements of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code were fullfilled and on December 17, 1984 the Resolution ordering work was adopted. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAROINO CONFIRtUNG ASSESS~'ENT ROL NO. 962 FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A SEWER LIFT STATION IN THE AREA GENERALL LOCATEO EASTERLY OF PINE AVENUE AND SOUTllERLY OF BEU10NT AVENUE,IN THE CITY 0 SAN BERNARDINO, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM MAP NO. 962. WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardin on November 19, 1984, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 84~487, to orde the work described therein to be done under the provisions of Chapter 12.90 0 the San Bernardino City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council on November 19, 1984, approved the Engineer's Report on the proposed assessment district. which report in- cludes, a proposed assessment roll and Assessment District Map relative to Assessment District No. 962; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 84-487, the City of San Bernardino proceeded without Notice and Hearing; and WHEREAS, incidental expenses totalling $2,143.29 have been incurred for the establishment of the district, which must be spread over the individual parcels of said assessment district, the City has computed and set forth in attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference the first year assessment for each individual parcel, all of which are as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby declared to be the Assessment District No. 962 Roll for 1985-86 for the Pine Avenue Area Sewer Lift Station Maintenance District. NOW. THEREFORE. THE MAYOR ANO COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. SECTION 2. That said Assessment Diagram Map No. 962 is hereby approved.
