ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-31, LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF ALLEN STREET, APPROXIMATELY 171 FEET SOUTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF FOURTH STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATIO
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
located on the east side of Allen Street, approximately 171 feet
south of the centerline of Fourth Street, is rezoned from .0.
Open District to R-3-l300 Multiple-Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Parcel No.2, Parcel Map No. 7140, as per plat
recorded in Book 69 of Parcel Maps, pages 1 and 2,
in the City of San Bernardino, County of San
Bernardino, State of California.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND FIFTY-FIVE, PETITION NO. 84-31.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3.
The negative declaration for environmental
review, attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated
herein by reference, is hereby adopted.

PROJECT OESCRIPTJON AND LOCATION:
Subject property is an irregularly-shaped parcel of land conSisting of
approximately 1.62 acres having a frontage of approximately 175 feet on the
east side of Allen Street and being located approximately 171 feet south gf
the centerline of Fourth Street. The proposal is to change the land use
zoning district from "0", Open Space to R-3-1200, Multiple-Family Residen-
tial.
