ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO Mm~ICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-29, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 2.36 ACRES
HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 329 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
COURT STREET AND A FRONTAGE OF 428 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THIRD
STREET AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 241 FEET EAST OF THE
CENTERLINE OF SIERRA WAY), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
2.36 acres having a frontage of approximately 329 feet on the
south side of Court Street and a frontage of 428 feet on the north
side of Third Street and being located approximately 241 feet
east of the centerline of Sierra Way, is rezoned from "0" Open
Space District to R-3-1200 Multiple-Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Parcel No. 4 and Parcel No. 5 of Parcel Map No. 7140,
as per plat recorded in Book 69 of Parcel Maps, Pages
1 and 2, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San
Bernardino, State of California.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND FIFTY-THREE, PETITION NO. 84-29.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attachedl
