Synopsis of Previous Council Ktion:
1. RDA EMPLOYMENT LINKAGE PROGRAM - Referred by Council 2/4/85.
5. CATV INSTALLATION - Referred by Coun.cil 3/7/85.
RKommended motion:
1. That RDA Employment Linkage Program be implemented; that a cash
bonus for eligible employees be established at a maximum amount of $1000,
with RDA staff authorized to negotiate lower amounts; and the appropriate
area coverage be expanded to include the total City of San Bernardino.
5. That ordinance of the City of San Bernardino adding Section
15.04.225 to the San Bernardino Municipal Code amending the National
Electrical Code, 1984 Edition, to establish certain requirements for
cable television installation during construction of two or more resi-
dential building units be approved.
That ordinance of the City of San Bernardino amending Section
18.40.380 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code to establish certain re-
quirements for cable television installation in residential subdivisions
be approved.

1. RDA EMPLOYMENT LINKAGE PROGRAM - The Committee recommended
that this program be implemented; and that a cash bonus for eligible
employees be established at a maximum amount of $1000, with RDA staff
authorized to negotiate lower amounts. The Committee also recommended
that the appropriate area coverage be expanded to include the total
City of San Bernardino.
