STAFF REPORT
The Mayor and Common Council authorized the City Engineer and City Clerk to proceed
with this proposed annexation on December 6, 1982. The surrounding properties were
contacted on several occasions to increase the size of the proposed annexation and,
at the same time make it a viable annexation. The owners did not, at that time,
wi sh to be annexed. .
Subsequently the petitioning owner did not wish to be annexed; however, he has now
re-applied for annexation. We recommend that the resolution making application to
L.A.F.C. for annexation be passed, which would include the petitioner's property.
