The Negative Declaration for environmental review was also recommended for approval, Recommen<:led motion: To approve the responses to comments and to adopt the Negative Declaration for environmental review which has been reviewed and considered. I understand that the City's attorneys' will be providing their opinioo and possible solutioo to this city-wide issue. As a natter of fact, we as applicant have not requeSted such a density bonus and are not planning to do so. Therefore, we, C.C. San Bernardino, Inc. would like to inform you that we waive our right to seek such a density tonus permitted tmder the state law.
