Synopsis of Previous Council action:
NONE.
Recommended motion:
That the Mayor and Common Council hereby find Paul P. Janeway to be incapacitated
for the performance of his duties as a Fire Engineer and that this finding be cer-
tified to the Public Employees Retirement System, as provided in Section 21025 of
the Governemnt Code, together with a request that Mr. Janeway be placed on Disabil-
ity Retirement.
