Within the Office of the Executive Dean for University Relations, serve as a
liaison to a variety of University, community and business groups; coordinate
and assist in the implementation of select campus/community programs and
special events; and assist in the development and implementation of fund
raising and outreach activities.

Upward Bound functions as a federally funded outreach program in the recruit-

Served as a consultant to a national Hispanic research organization which provides
technical assistance and training to non-profit Hispanic organizations dealing

and board of directors, funding agency representatives, and civic leaders in the
