STAFF REPORT
This Resolution confirms the ~ssessment Roll and approves the
Assessment Diagram Map No. 959 for the maintenance of
landscaping in portions of Kendall Drive, Shandin Hills
Drive, UF" Street and Little Mountain Drive.
On August 20, 1984, Resol ution of Intention No. 84-335 was
adopted which instituted formal proceedings to form an
assessment district in the Shandin Hills area for the
maintenance of landscaping.
All the requirements of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code
were fullfilled and on November 8,1984 the Resolution
ordering work was adopted. The charges for the establishment
of the district total $1,062.78 which will be paid from the
up-front money deposited by the Developer.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL
O. 959 FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF FUTURE LANDSCAPING IN PORTIONS OF KENDALL DRIVE,
HANDIN HILLS DRIVE, 'F' STREET AND LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF SAN
ERNARDINO, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM MAP NO. 959.
WIIEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
n August 20, 1984, adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 84-335, to'order
he work described therein to be done under the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of
he San Bernardino City Municipal Code; and
WIIEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council on August 20, 1984, approved
he Engineer's Report on the proposed assessment district, which report in-
ludes a proposed assessment roll and Assessment District Map relative to
ssessment District No. 959; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No., 84-335, the
ity of San Bernardino proceeded without Notice and lIearing; and
WHEREAS, incidental expenses totallin~ $1,062.78 have been incurred
or the establishment of the district, which must be spread over the individual
arcels of said assessment district, the City has computed and set forth in
ttached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference the first year
ssessment for each individual parcel, all of which are as set forth on Exhibit
'A" attached hereto, is hereby declared to be the Assessment District No. 959
011 for 1984-85 for the Shandin Hills Area Landscape Maintenance District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN

That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and
etermine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land
ithin Assessment District No. 959 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll

District, designated as Exhibit "A" for total costs of establishing the dis-
trict which Exhibit is attached hereto and is incorporated herein by
reference, and the Mayor and Common Council do hereby confirm said assessments.
SECTION 2. That said Assessment Oiagram Map No. 959 is hereby
approved.
