The subject line of your email should include the meeting date, whether your comment is for the Special Meeting, Closed Session, or Open Session, and whether it is for public comment or for a specific agenda item. Example: 01/27/2021 – Study Session - Agenda Item No. 1 To provide public comments for a Public Hearing: Send an email to publiccomments@sbcity.org by 4:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled meeting. The final selection of a preferred developer is not under consideration as part of the workshop.
