I am Jhon Luna, I am the San Bernardino Regional Policy Advocate with the Coalition forHumane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA). I advocate on behalf of our immigrant community inSan Bernardino. I'd like to express my support for the Emergency Ordinance to ceasepolice harassment against Day Laborers & Street vendors in San Bernardino. We must findthe time to work alongside you to achieve a permanent solution to the constant sufferingexperienced by our Day Laborers & Street Vendors.
