My name is Maribel Nunez from Inland Equity Community Land Trust and IE Tenants Union that consist of San Bernardino resident tenant membership.. I
would like to submit a public comment in support for:
Agenda "ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE MEETINGS" 27. Consider Appeal of MC1351 Crime Free MultiHousing Ordinance (All Wards) – Council

Inland Equity Community Land Trust and IE Tenants Union, through phone calls, texting, and canvassing we have compiled a list of San Bernardino voters
we outreached out to and lend their support for repealing the crime free multi-housing ordinance. (Attached "Crime Free Housing Ordinance Stats"
Attached is our Inland Equity petition Total of 83 voters
We also thank the Inland Region Housing Justice Coalition & COPE and helping them bring this forth to city council and we are also part of their coalition
efforts on this agenda item.
