My name is James Yang and I have lived in the city of San Bernardino for 24 years. I want to
thank my Councilmember Sandra Ibarra for being a champion on this issue. Ranked Choice
Voting can pave the way for higher turnout, more diverse candidates, and less infighting. I
would like to see the mayor and council put this idea on the ballot in 2024 and I look forward
to voting for it in the near future.
