Please pass this on to the proper authorities.
I do not feel safe going to the Stater Bros. Market on 40th Street and don't feel that I should
have to shop elsewhere when this is the closest store to me.
There are so many homeless persons hanging around with their carts overflowing.
Some also have dogs that they tie up right by where people have to walk to go into the store,
and the dogs are not friendly.
They stand outside and yell at you when you are going in to shop or coming out after
shopping.
I am 72 years old and have some health issues, so I don't move very quickly, and this scene is
very disturbing.
I am also noticing more tents being used on a regular basis around Stater Bros. and in an
empty lot across the street.
Please can something be done about this?
