Hi my name is Blanca Torres, I am a member of PEOC and partner with the day laborers of San Bernardino. I
am writing to demand a stop to the harassment of these colleagues who are looking for work. I also ask that the
City develop long-term solutions and invest in a workplace because these fellow workers are essential workers in
