Anyone who wishes to speak during public comments or on a particular item will be required to fill out a speaker slip. Speaker slips must be turned into the Staff Liaison. You may email your request to speak to SBCityClerk@sbcity.org prior to 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting. ➢ Written comments on any item must be sent to SBCityClerk@sbcity.org by 4:00 PM the day of the scheduled meeting but will not be read aloud. ➢ Those who wish to speak on items will have three minutes for each item. ➢ All who wish to speak, including Commissioners and staff, need to be recognized by the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson before speaking. ➢ Please contact Courtney Bowen, 909-384-5002, three working days prior to the meeting for any requests for reasonable accommodation to include interpreters. ➢ All documents for public review are on file with the City Clerk’s Office or may be accessed online by going to https://sbcity.tiny.us/ERAC102521 ➢ Please turn off or mute your cell phone while the meeting is in session.
