Anyone who wishes to speak during public comments or on a particular item will be required to fill out a speaker slip. Speaker slips must be turned into the Staff Liaison. You may email your request to speak to SBCityClerk@sbcity.org prior to 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting. ➢ Written comments on any item must be sent to SBCityClerk@sbcity.org by 4:00 PM the day of the scheduled meeting but will not be read aloud. ➢ Those who wish to speak on items will have three minutes for each item. ➢ All who wish to speak, including Commissioners and staff, need to be recognized by the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson before speaking. ➢ Please contact Courtney Bowen, 909-384-5002, three working days prior to the meeting for any requests for reasonable accommodation to include interpreters. ➢ All documents for public review are on file with the City Clerk’s Office or may be accessed online by going to https://sbcity.tiny.us/ERAC101921 ➢ Please turn off or mute your cell phone while the meeting is in session. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS LISTED AND NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA DISCUSSION 1. Discuss potential options for new ward boundaries Recommendation: Committee discussion of public comment and visualizations of potential options for new ward boundaries, including possible action on direction to staff on a draft map or maps. 2. Community outreach options Recommendation: Committee discussion on outreach including possible action on direction to staff. 3. Meeting Schedule Recommendation: Discuss future meeting schedule, including a meeting on October 25th before the first drafting of ward maps. 4. ADJOURNMENT
