Welcome to a meeting of the Electoral Redistricting Advisory Committee of the
City of San Bernardino
➢ Verbal public comments will be in person. Anyone who wishes to speak during
public comments or on a particular item will be required to fill out a speaker slip.
Speaker slips must be turned into the Staff Liaison. You may email your request
to speak to SBCityClerk@sbcity.org prior to 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
➢ Written comments on any item must be sent to SBCityClerk@sbcity.org by 4:00 PM the day of the scheduled meeting but will not be read aloud.
➢ Those who wish to speak on items will have three minutes for each item.
➢ All who wish to speak, including Commissioners and staff, need to be recognized
by the Chairperson or Vice Chairperson before speaking.
➢ Please contact Courtney Bowen, 909-384-5002, three working days prior to the
meeting for any requests for reasonable accommodation to include interpreters.
➢ All documents for public review are on file with the City Clerk’s Office or may be
accessed online by going to https://sbcity.tiny.us/ERAC101921

DISCUSSION
1. Discuss potential options for new ward boundaries
Recommendation: Committee discussion of public comment and
visualizations of potential options for new ward boundaries,
including possible action on direction to staff on a draft
map or maps.
2. Community outreach options
Recommendation: Committee discussion on outreach including possible
action on direction to staff.
3. Meeting Schedule
Recommendation: Discuss future meeting schedule, including a meeting on
October 25th before the first drafting of ward maps.
