My name is Sarah Smith-Oard, and I support a YES vote on the Carousel Mall
redevelopment ENA. As a proud Teamster and public employee, I’m proud to stand
with my union as it negotiates a Community Benefits agreement that can guarantee
affordable housing, clean infrastructure, better-paying jobs, and further community
input at this crucial development. Vote yes on the ENA to move this City forward!”
