My name is Susan Carl. I lived in San Bernardino from 1969 -1998. I
have lived in Highland since 1998. I have worked in downtown San
Bernardino since 1999. I support a YES vote on the Carousel Mall
redevelopment ENA. As a proud Teamster and someone who was
raised in San Bernardino and have worked downtown for 22 years, I am
proud to stand with my Union as it negotiates a Community Benefits
Agreement that can guarantee affordable housing, clean infrastructure,
living wage jobs, and further community input on this crucial
development. Please vote YES on the ENA to move this City forward.
