My name is Rachel B and I support a YES vote on the Carousel Mall redevelopment ENA. As a
proud Teamster and public employee, I’m proud to stand with my union as it negotiates a
Community Benefits agreement that can guarantee affordable housing, clean infrastructure,
better-paying jobs, and further community input at this crucial development. Vote yes on the
ENA to move this City forward!
I am born and raised in this city, and am dismayed by what it has become. We need
redevelopment, but such action with city owned assets must benefit the community, not just
the developer. The citizens should not shoulder the financial burden.
