My Name is Richard Licerio a 3rd Generation Laborers International Union of North
America member. This Urgency Ordinance No. MC [1] 1561 will be devastating to the working
people of this community and to the Southern California Construction industry where we
work, STOP this 45-day moratorium. Vote NO.
