Hello, my name is Xochitl Garcia and I am asking the council to support a warehouse
moratorium that would place a temporary pause on logistics development to better evaluate
the community's needs. We need this warehouse moratorium now for the sake of our health,
air, and quality of life. The community cannot thrive when the health risks associated with
logistics development are not properly assessed. Thank you for your time and consideration.
