Dear Council Members,
Theodore Sanchez
Sandra Ibarra
Juan Figueroa
Fred Shorett
Ben Reynoso
Kimberly Calvin
Damon L Alexander
I am requesting that all council members overturn Major John Valdivia recent veto of $2 million from reserves to clear broken concrete
from the Oxbow site. To proceed to the removal of the mound of broken concrete on-site next to Palm Avenue in the foothills of North
Verdemont San Bernardino, 92407. I ask all council members to not fail the residents. This dumping practice is illegal and unsafe to the
surrounding residents and beyond. NO to grinding on site. There are natural water drainages that will have hazard effect due to
contaminants, including air quality. We are asking questions of who is responsible of this atrocious act against our community. NO TO
GRINDING to the 3rd , 5th, 6th Wards. Proceed to REMOVE all dumping!
Thank you,
