Dear Council Members, Theodore Sanchez Sandra Ibarra Juan Figueroa Fred Shorett Ben Reynoso Kimberly Calvin Damon L Alexander I am requesting that all council members overturn Major John Valdivia recent veto of $2 million from reserves to clear broken concrete from the Oxbow site. To proceed to the removal of the mound of broken concrete on-site next to Palm Avenue in the foothills of North Verdemont San Bernardino, 92407. I ask all council members to not fail the residents. This dumping practice is illegal and unsafe to the surrounding residents and beyond. NO to grinding on site. There are natural water drainages that will have hazard effect due to contaminants, including air quality. We are asking questions of who is responsible of this atrocious act against our community. NO TO GRINDING to the 3rd , 5th, 6th Wards. Proceed to REMOVE all dumping!
