Hello, I am a 35 year old born and raised San Bernardino girl. I live near the airport and warehouses on 3rd Street that you promised would bring more jobs, but all it has brought is noise and pollution. The new "jobs" that have been offered are seasonal, part-time, no benefits, barely above minimum wage jobs that cannot support a family. How are we supposed to put food on the table? Big rig trucks now park on the side of the road wherever they want and create noise at all hours of the day while they drive down Third Street, constantly waking up my family. The planes also, create noise very frequently and way more pollution in the air. I am disgusted by what the city has allowed to happen to our city. My children are being forced from their current school to build a warehouse because the city broke their contract and forced them, an entire tk-8 school, as well as a preschool to relocate! I'm appalled at the choices being made in our city. Enough is enough! We were promised thousands of good jobs and we didn't get those. It is your job to teach our kids and you evict them. The choices you make are all for money, but what happened to your responsibility to the community, we matter more than a payout! Please, stop allowing warehouses to be built everywhere and start focusing on improvement to the lives of your residents. Thank you for your time, Adrianne Barajas Resident
