My name is Louis Earthman, I have lived on the westside of San Bernardino
Since 1951. I have watched issues that have impacted the city and mainly
Ward 6. Since the city moved the city inspectors away our ward has gone
Our 6th ward has gone to the dogs. The mound of discarded cement and
Trash that has been dumped on the corner of 20th and state streets by
Contractors. The old bakery on Medical Center is very sad to see, with
What looks like to be supplies all over the grounds with little our no
Effort to shield from the public eye. Our streets are in need of repair
What is city doing with the taxes we pay.
