city Council,
Of the two developments proposed m the Sun today, I really like the idea of a walking distnet
with a riverwalk with green rooftops. I think innovative and green proposals like these help
move San Bernardino toward the future.
I also like the idea in the other proposal of a large park area and a perimeter lined with
restaurants and retail. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it's that cities need more outdoor
communal spaces for dining and recreation.
Ultimately, either of these proposals would brighten our city. My biggest fear is that the city
council again chooses to do NOTHING with the blighted downtown area. PLEASE TAKE
ACTION!
