Hello, my name’s Ernesto I live in the Hudson neighborhood in San Bernardino. I Just finished looking over both proposals and hands down ICO has the better plan. They emphasize “big and bold,” as their strategy, and it is, but the best parts are the simple things like small walkable blocks, varied building size/architecture, and expansive smart tree canopies. If downtown ever wants a chance to rebound it needs to be a vibrant place where people want to actually walk around and spend extended periods of time. I also appreciate how community/shareholder involvement is central to their mission, and how they want to create something that will integrate and influence future development for the rest of the city.
