Dear Ms. Hunter:
At our meeting of June 8, 2015, the Fine Arts Commission recommended approval of your grant
proposal in the amount of $3,000.00. Final approval will be adopted at the Mayor and Common
Council meeting of July 6, 2015.
In the meantime, it is requested that your organization submit a W-9 form to the City Clerk’s
office, 2nd Floor of City Hall at the earliest possible time. Once approval is finalized, processing
of checks will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Should you have any questions, please call
