Dear Mr. Bocanegra:
We previously sent you an evaluation for your grant that you received in July of 2015. We asked
for an evaluation and accounting of your project for that fiscal year (July 2015-June 2016), and
asked that you return the evaluation to us by the end of April. Although you may not have
completed using your grant by that date, we hoped that you would project your expenses and
your feelings about receiving the grant.
As of this date, we have not received the information from you. Enclosed is another copy of the
evaluation form. Would you please complete it and send it back as soon as possible. Your
comments about the grants process and the ability to enhance your program are very helpful to us
as we continue to make recommendations about the use of the City of San Bernardino’s Fine
Arts funds.
