The people you represent, protect, and serve expect to hear you address the
increase in crime, the fires, the street campers in San Bernardino, and the mayor's
history of inappropriate actions at the council meeting tonight. That is the least you
should do. Taking action and implementing effective policies would probably be
asking too much.
