I am commenting in favor of Agenda Item 10, and more specifically, in favor of the Parking
Restrictions on the north side of Highland Avenue between Eucalyptus Drive and Rockford Avenue
and both sides of Eucalyptus Avenue for the first 340 feet north of Highland Avenue.
Our properties located on the north side of Highland Avenue both to the west of Eucalyptus and to
the east of Eucalyptus are being adversely by the customers of the vendors using those street areas.
These “visitors” negatively impact our commercial tenants, including an established restaurant (Two
Guys Pasta and Pizza), at this site as well as impacting our property in general with their trash,
grease, trespassing, and public urination/defecation.
We respectfully ask that you pass these parking restrictions.
