My name is Dilan Clark; I am the Owner/Operator of “NGH Health Clinic”. The Medical Facility is licensed through the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), and will look to administer medical cannabis to qualified patients that suffer from, but not limited to: anxiety, cancer, chemotherapy side-effects, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, gout, HIV-Aids, migraine-headaches. The Medical Facility is uniquely located at 1053 N. D Street, Suite 16, San Bernardino, CA, 92410. In reference to ordinance, MC - 5.10.025 city regulations prohibit commercial cannabis activity if the location is within 600feet of “sensitive establishments”. I am contacting you this evening with the hope that City council may consider integrating Medical Facilities as a category into the number of licenses in the City. In support of this integration solution, there has been a petition formed that would serve as written approval from sensitive establishments within 600feet of the Medical Facility. The building has maintained a notable reputation as a Medical Facility in the community; my promise to you…is that.. it.. will remain that way.
