Good afternoon Henry,
I am asking if you would please read my leader during tonight's council meeting. I would like to
remain anonymous
Thank you
Mr. Mayor, City Council Members and the City Manager:
Here we go again head folks. Another claim and another lawsuit because of the irresponsible and
careless decisions of one of your council members. Why Councilwoman Ibarra violated a lawsuit
agreement is beyond comprehension. Obviously Council woman Ibarra did not read the settlement
agreement with Andrea Miller or she doesn’t care about spending the tax payers money on frivolous
and preventable lawsuits. It appears from Councilwoman Ibarra’s actions that the city has an abundance
of eucalyptus trees overflowing with money. Instead of incurring more lawsuits the city council should
be trying to settle the current lawsuits that are still pending and stop the financial bleeding that is
increasing by the day and making the lawyers richer. I hope that the city council is NOT going put Andrea
Miller’s latest claim and lawsuit ahead of the current lawsuits that have been on the table for several
years because she knows where the dirt and skeletons of the city’s current and past city officials are
located. This corruptive, unethical and immoral behavior should land several people behind bars where
they should be.
