to all the council members the city manager and mayor you are trying to cheat the city out of money its a
shame you said you care about the city but you are all the devil in disguise it disgust me you want to get
money to help your defense but not to fix the pot hole or to get a stop sign on 35th and lugo that really
need it resign now mayor and council the city is losing hope with you guys Richard is gone so will the
other mayors ass kissers will be gone soon tick tock
