Subject: Mayor Validivia's Defense fund
Council Members,
With all due respect, NO! We do not need to pay for the mayor's defense attorney. Sexual harassment, harassment and illegal
use of funds complaints are not covered in our legal responsibility. It's just not fiscally responsible and it's not morally
responsible.
VOTE NO. We have had enough.
