Chamber of Commerce & Local Elected Officials Announcements Colin Strange provided the announcements for the Chamber of Commerce. Public Comments for Items Listed and Not Listed on the Agenda Paula Plunk, San Bernardino, spoke against Carey Davis’ tenure and also warned Council Member Valdivia about his actions. She accused the council of lazy governing and self-serving agendas. Consent Calendar Council Member Richard announced that she would be recusing herself from the vote on Item 13 because she has a conflict of interest and Mayor Davis recused himself from discussion of Item 29 because the vendor has provided campaign contributions to him.
