Award of Construction Contract for Infill Housing Street and Sidewalk Improvements Project to All American Asphalt Recommendation: Authorize an Award of Construction Contract to All American Asphalt, in the amount of $1,423,875 for the Infill Housing Street and Sidewalk Improvement project; authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contingency in the amount of $136,125; authorize the Finance Director to amend the FY 2018/19 Adopted Budget to allocate Measure I Funds to the Infill Housing Street and Sidewalk Improvement project; and authorize the City Manager or designee to expend the contingency fund, if necessary, to complete the project. 17. Amend the FY 2018/19 Adopted Budget to Implement the Approved Elected Official Compensation Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2018-292 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California, amending the FY 2018/19 Adopted Budget. 20. First Amendment to Agreements with Keller Williams Realty Redlands for Listing for Sale of Certain Real Property Assets Recommendation: 1. However, no other action shall be taken nor discussion held by the Mayor and City Council and the Mayor and City Council Acting as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency on any item which does not appear on the agenda unless the action is otherwise authorized in accordance with the provisions of subdivision (b) of Section 54954.2 of the Government Code.
