RESOLUTION NO. 2018-182
RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE GRANT OF EASEMENTS TO
THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY ACROSS WATER
DEPARTMENT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 161 DUMAS STREET
WHEREAS, on June 26, 2018, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of San
Bernardino, California, approved the Grant of Easements traversing the property known as
APN 0141-421-01 to Southern California Edison Company and forwarded said easements to
the Mayor and City Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Grant of Easements
to Southern California Edison Company, attached hereto as Exhibits "1" and "2".
SECTION 2. The above authorization is rescinded if the Grant of Easements are not
recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder and a copy thereof is not filed with the
City Clerk within sixty (60) days of the passage of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor
