HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-1181 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2018-118 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA AND THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, ACTING AS THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORZING AMENDED RESOULTION NO. 2018-14, AND APPENDIX A AND AMENDING THE CITY'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE WHEREAS, Government Code Section 87306.5 requires every local agency to review its Conflict of Interest Code and make amendments, if necessary; WHEREAS, California Code of Regulations Section 18730 contains the Fair Political Practices Commission's standard Conflict of Interest Code, which may be amended by the Fair Political Practices Commission to conform to amendments in the Political Reform Act, and which may be adopted by an agency as the agency's Conflict of Interest Code by incorporating Section 18730 by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL ACTING AS THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
