FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MULTIQUIP ROLLER AR14H WHEREAS, the City requires equipment to perform general maintenance services throughout City streets; and WHEREAS, the National Joint Powers Alliance conducted a competitive bidding process for similar equipment and awarded the contract to United Rentals, Inc. hereby attached as Exhibit "A;" and WHEREAS, United Rentals, Inc., honored the same pricing for the City. The quote is attached as Exhibit `B." NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby authorizes and directs the Director of Finance to issue a Purchase Order to United Rentals, Inc. in the amount of $16,091.46 for the purchase of a Multiquip Roller AR1411.
