I, Diane G. Grant, being the Senior Office Assistant, HEREBY DECLARE that on
Thursday, March 02, 2017, I caused to be posted a copy of the Fine Arts Commission agenda.
Said agenda was posted at the hour of 3:35 p.m. conspicuously on or near the door of the
place where the regular meeting is held and on the City's bulletin board located in the breezeway
of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
Said agenda is for the Special meeting of the Fine Arts Commission to be held on
Saturday, March 04, 2017, at 8:00 a.m. in the MIC Conference Room, 6a' Floor of City Hall,
300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
