5 BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 Secti,an 1. That the City of San Bernardino does hereby execute a
7 Grant of Easement to The Southern California Edison Company, for the construction
8 of an electrical energy system and appurtenant facilities in, over, under and
9 across that certain real property owned by the City of San Bernardino, located
10 North of Marshall Boulevard, West of Mt. Vernon Avenue.
11 Section 2. That a copy of said Grant of Easement is attached here-
12 to, marked Exhibit "A", and referred to and made a part hereof as fully as
13 though set forth at length herein.
14 Section 3. That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
15 authorized and directed to execute said grant of easement on behalf of the
16 City of San Bernardino.
17 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolition was duly adopted by
18 the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino ata
