2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL Of fHE CITY OF SAN BER -
Nf►ROINO ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1911 IN PORTIONS
3 OF THE EAST SIDE OF SEPULVEDA AVENUE BETWEEN MARSHALL 13OULE VARU AND THIRTY-
FOURTH STREET, FOR THE CJNSTRUCTI )N OF PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE SIDEWALKS IN
4 THE CITY 1F SAN BERNAROINO, CALIFORNIA.
5 WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
6 on the 10th day of November, 1969, passed and adopted its Resolution of Inten-
7 tion, being Resolution No. 10033, to order the work described therein to be
8 done, and whereas Assessment District Diagram Map No. 4003 A*D* was filed in
9 office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California on the 13th
10 day of November, 1969, in Book 5 of Assessments, pages 29 and 30, said date
11 being 15 days prior to the hearing date in the manner required by law, and
12 which said Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law; and
1-6il notice of improvement having been given in the manner required by law, and
14 written objections and protests to the proposed work or the extent of the dis-
t 5 trict to be assessed having been heard and considered.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR ANJ COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BER-
17 NAROINO DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS F')LLOWS:
18 SECTION 1. That said hearing be closed, receipt of a majority pro-
19 test be acknowledged and the protests be sustained, and the Mayor and Common
20 Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby order that proceedings described
21 in said Resolution of Intention be abandoned and the proceedings terminated.
22 SECTION 2. The City Clerk hereby is directed to file a certified

23 copy with the County Recorder's Office a copy of this Resolution Abandoning
24 Proceedings in the Book of Assessments,
25 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed by the
26 Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at an adjourned regular
