DUNN AND ALTA R. DUNN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, 4 FOR A PORTION OF HOLLY CIRCLE DRIVE, EAST OF. ORANGE AVENUE. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 7 Section to That the City of San Bernardino does hereby 8 accept an Easement dated March 8, 1970 from Melvin L. Dunn and 9 Alta R. Dunn, husband and wife, for a portion of Holly Circle 10 Drive, East of Orange Avenue to be used for street and highway 11 purposes. 12 Section 2. That a copy of said easement is attached 13 14 hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and referred to and made a part hereof 15 as fully as though set forth at lenghth herein. 16 Section 3 .
