Home My WebLink About2017-1351 2 3 4 ki 6 7 8 9 10 11 121 13 14 15 161 17 18 19 24 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2017-135 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION WHEREAS, on June 21, 2017, by Resolution No. 2017-108 the Mayor and City Council authorized and directed the execution of a License Agreement with Lockheed Martin Corporation for an encroachment at 1188 Scenic Drive, 1364 Camino Real, and 463 MacKay 1 Drive within the City for the installation of three groundwater monitoring wells; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution 2017-108, Lockheed Martin Corporation indicated the need for the installation of three additional groundwater monitoring wells; and WHEREAS, if approved each of the three sets approved pursuant to Resolution 2017- 108 would have a pair of ground water monitoring wells within 15 to 25 feet of each other. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby approve Amendment No. 1 to the License Agreement with Lockheed Martin Corporation. SECTIO: 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City Amendment No. 1, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". SECTION 3.
