We are moving an Academy with 3 different pathways dedicated to the arts. In future years, we hope to partner with more local ess as well businesses asfor showcasenourctudents to grow so that this is a great place to advertise local bus and their work. We will work this year to secure food vendors that will either profit share (20 %) with the school or will pay a flat rate to sell at our event. We are hoping this will bring in at least $300. If we do not receive the grant, we will scale back the interactive tosetaup theoeventbut attendees he to create art. ASB will cover the cost of decorations, and supplies support it. We may also art creation would be put on hold until we can raise enough money to have to look into having ticket sales, although that goes against our purpose of making the arts festival as accessible to the most amount of people as possible. XI. Brief History /Background of Organization Cajon High School ASB is always looking for ways to shine the spotlight on others. Recently, with the co- sponsorship of our IB Program, we held our Arts and Campus Expo (ACE) Festival on campus, which showcased Cajon IB students' visual and performing arts. These entries to the festival included films, pottery pieces, paintings, and drawings. In addition, many Cajon clubs, such as Drama, Jazz, Auto Shop, and Ensemble, were united at the festival as they performed live. Last year's ACE and the previous years' Arts Festival were funded through ASB and each class or club that participated in the events. ASB provided the materials for decorating the inside of the gym during last year's program. The event has always been free of charge. The lack of funding resulted in a great effort by all involved, but lacking the polish and prestige we know this event could have. We are hoping to grow and make this event the place to be for both Cajon students and our community. XII. Attach a copy of your last fiscal year financial report, audited or unaudited.
