2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A
CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING AND DELIVERING OF ONE TRUCK AND
3 ' MANLIFT EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION NO.
F-80-16. CATEGORY I.

5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO THAT CALIFORNIA UTILITY EQUIPMENT

its the lowest and best bidder for the furnishing and delivering
8 Of Category I - one (1) ford F-350 with STEL/LIFT CZZ6-SGG
at a total cost of $21 , 408. 80

10 in accordance with Specification No.F-80-16; that all other bids
11 therefor are hereby rejected; that the contract therefor is here-
12 by awarded to said bidder; and that the Mayor of the City of San
13 Bernardino is hereby directed to execute said contract.
14 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
15 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
16 nardino at a meeting thereof, held
