IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF CSA NO. 38, COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70, AND IMPROVEMENT 5 ZONE A OF CSA 70. 6 WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council as the governing body of the 7 City of San Bernardino are initiating proceedings for a change of organization 8 (annexation) pursuant to Government Code Part 2, of Division 2 of Title 4, 9 Section 35000, et seq. , :SOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and Common Council do hereby resolve, 10 determine and order as follows: 11 SECTION 1 . Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Local 12 Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino for the annexation 13 of uninhabited territory located east and west of Cajon Boulevard, Southeasterl 14 of Palm Avenue, and the detachment from County Service Area No. 38, Improvement 15 I' Zone G of CSA No. 38, County Service Area No. 70, and Improvement Zone A of 16 CSA 70, as outlined in the justification form marked Exhibit "A", and the 17 plan and narrative marked Exhibit "B", which are attached hereto and 18 ii j incorporated by reference as fully as though set forth at length herein. 19 SECTION 2.
