REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO (HEALTH & q ,iSAFETY CODE SECTION 33433) . 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 14AYOR AND CODS^LION COUNCIL OF THE CITY I! OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS : i 6 SECTION 1. Recitals. V 7 'I (a) The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ) R R I; ("Agency") proposes to convey to Shane Realty Co . ("Developer") , 10 , two parcels of real property located within the Central City Northl 11 ! Project Area, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and jincorporated herein by reference as though set forth in full , in j 12 , exchange for Developer' s conveyance to Agency of two parcels of 13 14 real property located within the Central City North Expansion 11� Area, which are described in Exhibit "B" . 16 (b) Notice of the time and place of hearing has been I7 , given as required by law. (c) Agency has made available for public inspection , and copying a summary of financial aspects of the proposed exchange. (d) The summary of financial aspects represents that the 22 fair market value of the interest to be conveyed by Agency, 23 ,'determined at the highest use permitted under the plan is 24 li $111, 000. 00 , and that the value of the parcels to be conveyed to 25 !Agency by Developer is $111,000 .00. I (e) All hearings have been heard as required by Health T �,::and Safety Code Section 33433 . A _ SECTION 2 . Determination. Based upon the representations i i I i M is found and declared that the consideration for 1 Hof Agency, it 2 ! the real property described in Exhibit "A" , in accordance with Ij 3 !':, covenants and conditions governing the sale , is not less than I 4 �Ithe fair market value of the property determined at the highest 5 ;; use permitted under the plan for the Central City North Project i 6 J, Area. I' SECTION 3. Approval. The Mayor and Common Council of the g ' City of San Bernardino hereby approve the exchange of the propertyii 9 described in Exhibit "A" for the property described in Exhibit "B (!,, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this resolution and the 10 I, 11 Isummary of financial aspects .
